On behalf of the faculty and staff of Huffman High School, I would like to welcome you to Huffman’s new website. At Huffman High School, it is our goal to provide effective instruction in all areas taught, to develop the potential of all students in the school, to build the essential skills necessary for lifelong learning, and to develop a feeling of self-worth, pride, and confidence that will allow students to cope with their ever-changing global environments.

We currently have 1200 students from grades 9th-12th. We presently have over 100 staff members, including both faculty and support staff.

This webpage is designed to provide you with some basic information about Huffman High School. I encourage you to take the opportunity to better acquaint yourself with our school. You can do this by reading the information provided in the Parent/Student Handbook, browsing the webpage, and visiting our school.

Technology is an important and unique strength at Huffman. All classrooms have computers and are connected to the internet. Twenty mobile labs of 30 computers are available for all classrooms. All teachers have access to laptops and other electronic resources.

In closing, I extend to you my sincere hope that both you and your child have a rewarding school experience here at Huffman. Our faculty and staff strive to make your child’s education the best it can be, and I encourage you to become a partner with us in this most worthy endeavor.
