Born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, she attended elementary, middle, and high school all within the Tuscaloosa City Schools System.  Bobbie enlisted in the United States Navy February 2013.  While enlisted, she served in many capacities, but her primary area was in the medical field. As she served on active duty orders, Ms. Howard completed her Bachelor's of Science from Liberty University, Lynchburg, VA in 2019.  From her multiple prestigious assignments, she was awarded various challenge coins for outstanding professionalism and hard work. While aboard the USS Essex (LHD 2) in San Diego, California, she was meritoriously promoted to Petty Officer Third Class with the Captain's recommendation.

Once honorably discharged from the Navy, she was accepted into Walden University's School Counseling Graduate Program. In January of 2022, she was blessed with my daughter, Emilia, and in December of 2022, only 11 months later, blessed again with her son, Jaxon. Bobbie, keeping her career goals in sights, graduated from Walden University Summer 2024 with her master's degree in school counseling.
