Helpful Hints for Students (while sheltering in place during COVID-19)
Establish a daily routine
Study/work for 15 minutes and take a 5 minute break (do this for an hour)
Complete a wordsearch activity
Exercise for 15 to 30 minutes daily
Drink lots of water
Eat more fruits and veggies
Decrease sugar intake
Get at least 15 minutes of sunlight daily
Designate a quiet zone for each family member
