Assistant Principal
Mrs. Tiffani Stewart
Greeting BHSA Family!
I am a native of Jackson, Alabama, and a proud graduate of Jackson High School (JHS ’04). I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Montevallo, earning a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. I obtained a Master of Science and Education Specialist degree in Elementary Education, and an Instructional Leadership certification from the University of West Alabama. I have served the Birmingham City Schools district for the past eleven years. I have taught all grades K-6th, except 4th, and served as a school-based curriculum resource specialist and early literacy coach. I am married to my best friend, Jerrot, and we have a two year old son, Jerrot Wesley (JW). I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, shopping, reading the bible, and listening to worship music.
Through charismatic leadership, I use principles of instructional guidance to empower, train, and develop future leaders. I have a lifelong love for teaching and learning. BHSA is a unique school, and the administrative goal is to keep improving our instructional pedagogy and implement the BCS curriculum initiatives. I am empowered with a strong desire to maximize my impact on building teacher capacity and all-around student success.
